Daan Bouwman, is a passionate freelance cinematographer, AC, gaffer, and colorist based in Groningen and Drenthe, the Netherlands.

Driven by a love for storytelling, I focus on capturing authentic moments and enhancing them through strong visuals and sound. Whether it's a documentary, fiction film, music video or commercial, I bring creativity, precision and care to every stage of production, from lighting setups to final color grading.

I believe that real stories, told with honesty and craftsmanship, have the power to move people.

Outside of work, I'm someone who enjoys making people laugh and having fun with those I work with. I value a positive, collaborative atmosphere on set.
